EW series water flushing frost ceiling air cooler

    The EW series air coolers developed by our company mainly use water as the defrosting method. Water defrosting has the characteristics of fast defrosting speed, good defrosting effect, minimal impact on storage temperature, and energy saving, and is widely used in the market.The EW series air coolers are mainly used for fresh-keeping warehouses at around 0 ℃ and low-temperature refrigerated warehouses at around -18 ℃.
   1.Enclosure: High-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with powder coating (silver gray RAL9006), with desirable corrosion resistance; plates on both sides are designed with hinged structure, which is convenient to operate;

   2.The end plate of the heat exchanger is made of aluminum plate, which effectively protects the copper tube and reduces weight
   3.Double water tray design: The outer water tray is designed with edge structure with angle, which makes the water drain smoothly without any dead angle; the inner water tray is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the condensed water or defrost water is directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray through the inner water tray;
   4.Designed with overall stretching large arc high air tube, it has the characteristics of excellent air guiding effect.

   5.Using a sealed sprinkler tray, a water blocking plate is installed at the air inlet to prevent splashing of frost water；

   6.Installed with floor support legs for easy installation；
   7.Coil: The aligned tube pattern 50 X 50 mm features large heat transfer area, low heat transfer temperature difference;
   8.Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm, 6.0mm and 9.0mm to meet different operation requirements;
   9.Far: The fan with blowing air and operating temperature of -45 °C, which is equipped with a motor with higher power and higher wind pressure, to ensure the residual pressure outside the machine, reduce the wind speed on the surface of the food, lower dry consumption, and improve the quality of food freezing;
   10.The IP65 waterproof junction box and waterproof connectors are used,with better waterproofing; the fan and the heating pipe are wired separately, which can lead to high reliability;
   11.The outlet of the air cooler is equipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for users to test the pressure;
   12.It is subjected to strict pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
   13.The expansion valves, heating band of fan tube and other parts can be pre-installed according to customer’s needs;
   14.It is compatible with R404A, R507A, R448A, R449A, R22 and other refrigerants.
