   Shell and tube condenser as pressure vessel products, all Kaidi shell and tube condensers undergo supervised inspection by the Technical Supervision Bureau to ensure user confidence. They are strictly designed, material-selected, manufactured, and inspected for delivery in accordance with relevant national and industry standards including GB150.1~GB150.4-2011 "Pressure Vessels", GB151-2014 "Heat Exchangers", and NB/T47012-2020 "Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Installations". The current product line includes shell and tube water-cooled condensers and seawater condensers, with heat exchange capacities ranging from 8.3 kW to 397.3 kW. They are suitable for various refrigerants including R134a, R404A, R507, R407C, and R22.
I. Product Overview
▶ Use of doubly-enhanced high-efficiency heat transfer copper tubes, developed in cooperation with suppliers featuring a new proprietary tooth profile specific to Kaidi condensers, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency.
▶ Condensers feature standardized Kaidi designs but can also be customized according to client requirements.
▶ The water inlet/outlet connections employ a staggered left-right design with standard national thread interfaces, facilitating easy field piping and valve installation.
▶ Unique liquid collection header design provides improved liquid supply and better accommodates refrigerant fluctuations within the shell, enhancing unit operational stability.
▶ Tube sheet holes incorporate multiple sealing groove designs, substantially reducing leakage risks between the tube sheet and heat exchange tubes.
▶ Standard configuration includes compressor brackets, pressure gauges, and oil separator brackets for convenient client installation and use.
▶ Condensers are equipped with a "safety fusible plug" device that automatically melts and depressurizes if the shell-side fluid temperature exceeds a set value, ensuring refrigeration system safety.
▶ Both front and rear end covers feature drainage ports at the bottom for easy water drainage, preventing tube freeze-and-burst damage from low ambient temperatures.
▶ Secondary shot blasting ensures shell interior cleanliness and promotes strong paint adhesion. The units offer an attractive appearance, compact size, high heat exchange capacity, and low failure rate.
▶ All products undergo and pass shell-side and tube-side pressure tests under sustained hold.
