Ec series commerclal dual discharge aircooler is designed with ultra thin structure, with air outlet on both sides of the air
inlet belov; it needs small installation space, which is mainly used in processingrooms with operators inside or warehouses
with small heights
This series of products has the following characteristics
1. Enclosure: Made of aluminum magneslum plate sprayed with
powder coating (silvergray RAL9006),lightweight
2. The side sheet of the heatexchanger is made of aluminum plate,
which can effectively protect the copper tube and reduce the weight;
3. Double water tray design: The outer water tray is designed with overall hinge structure, which is convenient for operation;
the inner water tray is designed with sink structure made of aluminum plate, and the condensed water or defrost water is
directly discharged into the drainage outlet of the outer water tray via the specially designed water trough;
4. Coll:Tube spacing 38.1x33in trianglearrangement, with high heatexchange efficiency;
5. Corrugated aluminum sheet made of hydrophilic aluminum foil, with the sheet spacing of 4.0mm and 6.0mm to meet the
requirements of different cold stores;
6.Fan: Specifications: 中350, high-speed and low-speed design in line with requirements of different noises, operationg
temperature:-30~60 C,quantity offans: 1-4;
7. Defrosting: The electric defrosting is adopted in the standard manner, and the stainless steel heating tubes are distrib:
uted in the coil fins and the inner water tray, whichcan bring about desirable defrosting effect;
8. The iP65 waterproofjunction box and waterproof connectors are used, with better waterproofing; the fan and the
heating pipe are wired separately, which can lead to high reliability;
9. The outlet of the aircooler is equipped with a needle valve, which is convenient for users to test the pressure;
10. It is subjected to strict factory pressure test at the pressure of 23bar;
